Aug 2013 - Fairy Body Paint Jam @ Drip

Sparkles, glitter and wings everywhere!

Our August Jam was hosted at DRIP which is an amazing place all its own. Its a interactive dance show with paint slinging and messy fun. DRIP naturally integrated seamlessly with our body paint event.

Everyone came out and really showed off their skills. Not to mention that it was my birthday and it was a great excuse to see all my friends.

A local sketch artist also sketched my portrait the last time I was at DRIP to promote this event.

FABAIC

Our guild attended the Face and Body Art International Convention in Ft. Lauderdale, FL this year. Our members can be found instructing, volunteering, competing and attending classes on face and body art for five days of amazing partying, learning and networking.

Its really hard to get everyone in one place, so we took a few group shots.

Our guild won 5 awards, I was so proud of our group!!

WJRR Real Rock's Earthday Birthday 20

Through our awesome fellow artist and friend Jay Bautista we worked an amazing gig at WJRR Real Rock Station's Earthday Birthday 20. It is a HUGE all day concert with two stages, tons of vendors and this year they added a giant ferris wheel. We have 8 artist who paint bodies ALL DAY LONG! What an amazing time!

April Jam @ HOB Hops for Hope

This month's jam was organized through NIX Body Art and was a fundraiser for Hops for Hope, an organization that builds schools in Africa. We raised more than half of what was needed for their next trip by donating artwork and painting the public for tips. Here are some pictures of the event.
